About Middlemarch Construction
Since 1993, we've been delivering exceptional construction services across Warwickshire and the Midlands. As an NHBC registered builder, we specialize in heritage buildings, barn conversions, and quality construction projects.
Our Story
Middlemarch Construction was founded in 1993 with a simple mission: to deliver exceptional construction services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. Based in Kilsby, near Rugby, we've grown from a small local builder to a trusted name across the Midlands.
Our expertise in heritage buildings, particularly barn conversions and listed building work, has earned us a reputation for sensitive restoration that preserves historical character while meeting modern living standards.
As an NHBC registered builder with Safe Contractor certification, we ensure every project meets the highest industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
